Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience working with product management teams.
• 1+ years of experience using Adobe Analytics or similar tools.
• 2+ years curating analysis and building dashboards.
• 1+ years of experience identifying success metrics.
• Preferred experience with Medallia or Quantum Metrics.
• Familiarity with problem solving, decision-making skills, and Safe/agile delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Partners with product teams to understand feature value and success metrics across the portfolio.
• Translates portfolio values into tag specification documents for reporting across platforms.
• Collects and analyzes data from various digital channels to provide insights for user experience.
• Collaborates across the enterprise for product optimization and development.
• Conducts user journey analysis and evaluates website/app usability.
• Promotes digital analytics knowledge through professional development and training.
