Requirements:

• 5+ years of consulting experience in climate strategy, sustainability, ESG, and business risk.
• Experience with scenario analysis and climate change adaptation.
• Deep knowledge of climate-related risk disclosure frameworks and ESG integration.
• Ability to perform qualitative and quantitative risk analysis.
• Familiarity with sustainability frameworks such as GHG Protocol, TCFD, and CDP.

Responsibilities:

• Develop productive relationships with clients to enable authentic communication.
• Consult with clients across multiple industries, assisting them in climate risk strategies.
• Provide detailed analysis on client challenges and propose implementable solutions.
• Design custom frameworks for implementing transformation within client organizations.
• Contribute to training and development within the support teams and shape the offering.
