Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or implementation support.
- Independent problem solver with technical proficiency.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A great attitude and a team player committed to the success of others.
- Interest in learning and growing through new professional experiences.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Conversational knowledge of REST or GRAPHQL API documentation.
- Strong understanding of tech stack tools like email marketing, CRMs, and eCommerce platforms.
- Experience in education, learning management systems, or SaaS organizations is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process by building a trusted partnership with customers.
- Guide clients on site setup and content migration, providing personalized recommendations.
- Solve technical questions related to API, SSO, Liquid Theme Customizations, automations, etc.
- Liaise with Sales and Customer Success Management teams for seamless transitions.
- Collect feedback and advocate for customer needs to Product Managers.
- Connect customers with Thinkific Experts and Partners for custom solutions.
- Project manage each client through their launch journey to achieve success metrics.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction measured by NPS.
