Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and hiring managers to support recruitment efforts for both Tech and Non-Tech roles.
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize various channels such as social media, job portals, and internet sourcing to engage and attract potential candidates.
  • Leverage innovative recruiting tools and techniques to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling, conducting interviews, and gathering feedback.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including conducting background/reference checks as needed, extending job offers and negotiating terms.
  • Participate in employment events, such as online career fairs, and contribute to building Sleek's employer brand.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and employment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
