Utilize various channels such as social media, job portals, and internet sourcing to engage and attract potential candidates.
Leverage innovative recruiting tools and techniques to attract top talent.
Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling, conducting interviews, and gathering feedback.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including conducting background/reference checks as needed, extending job offers and negotiating terms.
Participate in employment events, such as online career fairs, and contribute to building Sleek's employer brand.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and employment.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
