Requirements:

• Proven experience in developing high-performance, scalable web applications for trading platforms or exchanges.
• Strong proficiency in front-end development using TypeScript and React, with preferred experience in Tailwind and Next.
• Ability to contribute to backend development using Go or Rust.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and database technologies like SQL and NoSQL.
• Experience with real-time data processing, WebSocket communication, and high-throughput systems design.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of security best practices and secure coding principles.
• Experience with observability tooling like Loki, Grafana, Tempo, or Minir.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional team environment.
• Passion for delivering high-quality, user-centric solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the front-end, middleware and back-end components of The Compute Exchange platform.
• Collaborate with the exchange lead, designers, and other engineers to implement new features.
• Optimize platform performance and enhance functionality.
• Design and implement APIs and data pipelines for integration with internal and external systems.
• Ensure scalability and throughput to handle high transaction volumes.
• Implement security measures to protect the platform.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure stability.
• Monitor performance and identify bottlenecks for optimization.
• Stay updated with trends and technologies in web development and exchange technologies.
