Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the energy or sustainability sectors.
• Project management experience and expertise with data tracking and reporting tools.
• Experience managing complex projects or initiatives.
• Experience with customer relationship management tools and large data sets analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as an internal consultant to identify opportunities for process improvement and streamline operations.
• Provide ownership and accountability for Customer Programs team-wide processes and program portfolio lifecycle.
• Lead team efforts to define, track, and report on program metrics and develop reporting tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for data reporting and process support.
• Develop tools and templates for program design, launch, and evaluation.
