Requirements:

• Proven experience implementing and configuring AKMS or similar PLCM solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server configuration and database management.
• Strong skills in MS Excel, including macro programming; Python proficiency preferred.
• Familiarity with operational workflows in the process industry.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure system reliability.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in end-user training and change management.
• Knowledge of ISO compliance and operational safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the setup, configuration, and customization of AKMS modules for new clients.
• Configure database servers using Microsoft SQL Server and integrate AKMS with existing systems.
• Digitize and transition paper-based forms into AKMS electronic workflows.
• Manage user roles, domains, and access permissions.
• Administer request forms and oversee content governance within the system.
• Utilize MS Excel, macro programming, SQL databases, and Python to address technical issues.
• Provide prompt troubleshooting and resolution of system issues.
• Work closely with clients and teams to scope requirements and implement solutions.
• Communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead end-user training sessions.
• Maintain documentation for configurations and procedures for ISO compliance.
• Capture and integrate user feedback to enhance system functionality.
