Requirements:

• 7+ years in information security and IT auditing, with focus on SOX compliance.
• Experience in project management and SOX business controls including IT General Controls.
• Knowledge of PCAOB/SEC requirements and audit frameworks.
• Proficiency in audit methodologies and governance concepts.
• Experience managing external auditor requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across Internal Audit and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the IT SOX Compliance Program.
• Lead SOX planning, scoping, and audits for technology risks.
• Provide technical support for IT General Controls and IT Application Control requirements.
• Participate in systems upgrades to ensure internal controls are addressed.
• Review control documentation and oversee quality assurance across SOX IT areas.
• Coordinate testing of various controls in the SOX environment.
• Prepare IT data materials for SOX meetings.
• Lead the IT audit planning process and manage IT Operational Risk Assessments.
