Requirements:

• 10+ years experience in the CPG & Manufacturing industry at senior level or consulting roles.
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with supply chain planning solutions such as BlueYonder, Kinaxis, o9, OMP, Oracle, SAP IBP is a strong plus.
• Thought leadership in the industry with views on trends and challenges.
• A passion for continuous learning and technology potential.
• Track record of communicating at senior levels.
• Strong written skills demonstrated through blogs, articles, etc.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Ability to independently lead initiatives from vision to execution.
• Willingness to travel as needed for events and meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Generate thought leadership in the market through written blogs and articles, and speaking at events.
• Establish relationships with key industry analysts to position RELEX as a market leader.
• Define market segmentation for targeted sales and marketing plans.
• Create differentiated value propositions using industry characteristics.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing for clear communication and execution tracking.
• Support implementation of sales strategy and influence senior execs in target accounts.
• Coordinate with pre-sales and product management on sales cases.
• Drive product innovation based on market and customer insights.
• Work with implementation teams to support industry-specific packages.
