Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of salesforce.com experience.
• Practical knowledge in leading and managing processes, projects, tactics.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Experience with Agile frameworks and project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the collection and prioritization of business requirements for Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with Salesforce admins to ensure solutions meet business needs and standards.
• Develop and manage project plans, focusing on timely delivery and communication.
• Create and implement training plans in partnership with the UX team.
• Drive adoption of Salesforce solutions and coach business teams.
• Work with support teams to address and resolve ongoing issues.
