Requirements:

• 100% fluency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience in Recruitment or similar roles like Human Resources Manager.
• Experience in leading a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Teams experience preferred.
• Experience with Zoom.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to learn quickly with strong organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in alignment with the organization's goals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create actionable recruitment plans.
• Streamline the hiring process to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-fill positions.
• Oversee the team in identifying and engaging potential candidates.
• Ensure thorough screening processes to identify suitable candidates.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics to senior management.
• Perform other assigned projects and duties.
