• Experience with focus groups, interviews, online surveys, and survey design.
• Exceptional critical thinking and the ability to synthesize complex data.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Skilled in equity-driven research principles.
• Proven ability to synthesize data into business insights.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and research platforms like Qualtrics and Quantilope.
