Requirements:
  • Proven 4+ Years of experience as IT recruiter, preferably within the APAC region.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and other sourcing tools and platforms.
  • Familiarity with remote hiring processes and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles across the APAC region.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to identify, attract, and engage top talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with the hiring team.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends and strategies, especially within the APAC region.
