Proven 4+ Years of experience as IT recruiter, preferably within the APAC region.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and other sourcing tools and platforms.
Familiarity with remote hiring processes and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles across the APAC region.
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to identify, attract, and engage top talent.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands.
Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with the hiring team.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on recruitment trends and strategies, especially within the APAC region.
