Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, with a concentration in Labor Relations, Employee Relations, or Human Resource Administration preferred.
  • At least three years of professional experience in Labor and Employee Relations.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and grievance processes.
  • Prior experience leading or assisting with CBA negotiations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work across different organizational levels.
  • Experience working with an hourly union employee population.
  • Familiarity with matter management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepares for, conducts, or advises on Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations.
  • Drafts or assists in drafting CBAs and MOUs.
  • Provides counsel and guidance to managers and HR Business Partners on labor relations matters.
  • Drafts settlement agreements, disciplinary warnings, and grievance responses.
  • Investigates labor relations issues and coordinates responses.
  • May assist with new business transitions and union elections.
  • Analyzes case trends to recommend labor relations strategies.
  • Manages labor relations projects assigned by the Director.
