Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise, preferably in fintech or financial services.
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma.
• Experience in conducting and applying user research.
• Exceptional problem-solving ability with creativity and sound judgment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and synthesize user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and workflows to test and iterate design concepts.
• Develop high-quality visuals and interfaces aligned with branding guidelines.
• Provide mentorship to junior designers.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders for feasible designs.
• Lead initiatives to enhance branding materials and visual identity.
• Maintain and evolve design systems for consistency and innovation.
