Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain management or operations, preferably in agriculture or greenhouse industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team.
• Experience in creating and executing strategic plans.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships across the organization.
• Deep knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory management, logistics, and supplier relationship management.
• Exceptional project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers for supply chain alignment.
• Drive operational efficiency and process improvements across existing greenhouses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain strategies.
• Lead and manage a high-performing supply chain team.
• Monitor performance metrics to inform resource allocation and profitability.
• Design inventory strategies to optimize stock levels.
• Define logistics model and manage relationships with logistics providers.
• Oversee advanced demand forecasting for accurate planning.
• Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance during distribution.
• Develop financial models for supply chain initiatives.
