Stock Administration Consultant

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive advanced professional experience in stock plan administration or related compensation administration.
• Advanced experience with equity-based compensation, including restricted stock units and stock options.
• Experience working with Morgan Stanley at Work / Shareworks or other equity administration tools.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Administer the company's stock programs and ensure accurate processing of equity transactions.
• Prepare and process new equity awards, grant agreements, and cancellations timely.
• Liaise with partners for tax withholding and transfer related to equity.
• Administer the Employee Stock Purchase Plan, managing enrollment periods.
• Maintain integrity of equity data in the company's online platform.
• Collaborate with various departments for seamless transaction processing and compliance.
• Prepare and reconcile reports for Finance, Payroll, and Legal.
