Requirements:

• Requires 2 years of experience working at a comparable level.
• Demonstrated ability to develop effective fundraising messages.
• Experience with CRM databases and technical setup of web forms, HTML emails, and list pulls preferred.
• Beginner level HTML/CSS coding knowledge is required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, possess good interpersonal and excellent organizational skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail is essential.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Produce digital fundraising and donor cultivation strategies in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work within the digital marketing platform to create and manage donation forms and email/SMS campaigns.
• Ensure quality control of digital communications, aligning content with organizational messaging.
• Coordinate donor acknowledgments and development event invitations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advocate for effective strategies based on findings.
