• 8+ years experience as a Salesforce Solution or Technical Architect.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform and B2B enterprise systems.
• Solid understanding of GTM/Monetization business domains.
• Extensive expertise with Salesforce and adjacent solutions like MuleSoft and Tableau.
• Proficient in Salesforce CPQ and experienced in large-scale implementations.
• Demonstrable understanding of technology architecture, APIs, and data structures.
• Proficient with TDD, BDD, and agile development practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the business transformation and optimization of enterprise systems to support Go-To-Market strategy.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and utilization.
• Lead solution design, implementation, and improvement efforts with Salesforce admins and developers.
• Optimize and modernize the GTM landscape for greater automation and data quality.
• Support project and program managers with solution scope and design leadership.
• Maintain a view of enterprise architecture for the GTM Systems landscape.
• Transform business needs into actionable requirements and develop pricing models within Salesforce.
• Manage development and change processes, ensuring Salesforce security and scalability.
