Requirements:

• 2+ years of post-sale Enterprise experience.
• Deep knowledge of data ecosystems, including modern data stacks and cloud providers.
• Fluency in SQL and Python, with exposure to data science tooling.
• Effective communication skills with stakeholders to share feedback and drive progress.
• Interest in learning, experimentation, and creative problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Generate & implement onboarding frameworks for Enterprise & Mid-Market customers.
• Teach Hex best practices and advise on content generation.
• Influence customer engagement models for key accounts.
• Monitor and improve onboarding and customer health metrics.
• Guide customers through initial product setup and technical questions.
• Identify reusable patterns from the portfolio of business.
