Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience managing large infrastructure projects (physical/virtual server, storage, database platforms).
  • Strong background in project leadership, with experience managing Agile/Scrum/Kanban teams.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to structure and organize complex data and execution efforts.
  • Focus on delivering great service to stakeholders while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience in risk management for infrastructure environments at an enterprise scale (IT Security, Cyber Security, Governance, etc.).
  • Familiarity with technology controls programs and risk domains (change management, SDLC, ITIL, COBIT).
  • Foundational orientation toward servant-leadership and collaboration.
  • Knowledge of operational risk and associated regulations (Basel, SOX, OCC).
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of complex infrastructure risk projects from initiation to deployment, including major and minor initiatives.
  • Develop project scopes, timelines, and milestones to align with organizational risk objectives.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to implement solutions and mitigate technology risks.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation for risk mitigation and remediation.
  • Prioritize and manage project risks, issues, and decisions with effective escalation.
  • Report on project progress through key metrics and successful deployment.
  • Work with risk executives and functions to align deliverables with risk goals.
  • Lead program efforts and drive requirements to delivery teams.
  • Contribute to developing practices, templates, tools, and partnerships in risk management.
