Requirements:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required.
• A minimum of 4+ years of work experience required.
• MBA preferred.
• 2 years of marketing and sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of medical device experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Understand key competitors and their strengths/weaknesses.
• Understand customer groups and their purchasing motivations.
• Track and report results/KPIs to leadership and sales.
• Explain product features tailored to customer needs.
• Engage with customers and understand their needs.
• Support development of strategic and marketing plans.
• Develop marketing strategies to enhance customer-product relationships.
• Provide analytical support for pricing.
• Analyze customer satisfaction and trends.
