Requirements:

• Master’s degree in behavioral health sciences.
• Current clinical social work license with supervisor credentials.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience, including age-specific care for 13–30 years.
• Expertise in substance abuse treatment in detox, residential, or outpatient care.
• Strong knowledge of treatment plans, LOCUS and ASAM criteria, and clinical documentation.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record in supervision, training, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical coaching and supervision to therapists across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Develop, deliver, and maintain training programs for therapist onboarding and skill development.
• Conduct performance improvement initiatives and ensure documentation compliance.
• Identify training needs and guide teams in emergent clinical situations.
• Conduct audits to ensure services align with organizational policies.
