• Strong software development experience with Typescript, Python, or Ruby.
• Proven track record of securing production applications.
• Experience with securing modern APIs and automating vulnerability detection.
• Deep understanding of secure coding practices and experience in web application design.
• Ability to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities.
• Familiarity with security tools for static analysis and vulnerability detection.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product teams to ensure applications are secure by design.
• Define and promote secure coding practices for web technologies like REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Conduct threat modeling and targeted code reviews.
• Advise on building security-focused libraries to prevent vulnerabilities.
• Mentor product teams on secure development practices and security-by-design principles.
• Drive adoption of secure software development lifecycle processes.
