Requirements:

• BS in a STEM field and/or a minimum of 5 years of experience in water/wastewater treatment projects or related fields.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and operate independently.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
• Working knowledge of controls/programming/networks in water treatment systems.
• Mechanical and electrical experience with water treatment equipment.
• Familiarity with PLC & HMI/SCADA programming and industrial networking.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting customers globally who have purchased Veolia-based systems.
• Ensuring the best customer experience in the industry.
• Managing incoming customer issues/claims until resolution.
• Representing the technical support team as a 24/7 after hours on-call representative.
• Training operators on systems operations.
• Addressing mechanical and hydraulic issues.
• Providing support on instrumentation and chemical dosage queries.
