Requirements:

• A proven understanding of technical aspects of the development process.
• Experience architecting, designing, and building scalable Design Systems.
• Deep understanding of visual design and practice creating impactful user interfaces.
• Comprehensive understanding of user-centered design methodologies and processes.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to create low and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills in English.
• Self-starter attitude and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, Product, Content Strategy, and Design Ops.
• Shape, develop, and maintain the Design System across various products and channels.
• Create detailed documentation outlining guidelines and standards.
• Establish processes, gather requirements, and manage components for distributed teams.
• Support users of the Design System and advocate for it within the company.
