Requirements:
  • 6+ months experience working as a Business Development Representative in a SaaS company.
  • Ability to generate and manage sales pipelines using data-driven strategies.
  • Demonstrated quota attainment and ability to discuss past sales performance.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other tier-one CRM.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, strong presentation skills, and fluency in English.

  • Prior experience selling or communicating with HR personas.

Responsibilities:
  • Create awareness and generate interest for OysterHR among remote-first and remote-open companies through cold calling, email, and social outreach.
  • Partner with EMEA Account Executives to gain exposure to mid-market deals.
  • Set qualified meetings between target buyers and account executives.
  • Present and articulate the capabilities of the employment platform to targeted customers.
  • Manage and prioritize work for optimum efficiency and success.
  • Provide constructive feedback on how to improve effectiveness within the BDR role.
  • Collaborate with team members to share and learn from best practices.
