Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve property damage claims efficiently.
• Work with insurance providers, finance companies, and clients to ensure fair handling of claims.
• Obtain repair estimates, photographs, evidence, and documents related to claims.
• Coordinate inspections with insurance companies and body shops.
• Communicate with insurance about claims.
• Set up car rentals for clients and manage return reminders.
• Draft documents for insurance regarding reimbursements and expenses.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
