• Technical expertise in commonly used cloud services and the ability to master new technologies.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing engineering teams.

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills focused on high-quality solutions.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying informed about industry advancements.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing engineering teams and provide hands-on technical direction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the platform infrastructure.
• Lead and mentor a team of platform engineers, promoting continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Develop project roadmaps and ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations while mitigating risks.
• Collaborate with product management, software engineering, and operations to meet platform requirements.
• Review and enhance the observability stack to proactively identify system issues.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to maintain platform competitiveness.
• Develop and maintain documentation for platform architecture and processes.
• Effectively manage budgets and resources, including third-party services.
