Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business (or equivalent) and 3+ years of related work experience in federal procurement and/or defense business development.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, and familiarity with a range of intelligence tools and data interpretation techniques.
• Ability to apply AI techniques and achieve level 1 AI fluency within the first 30 days.
• Experience with industry tools like GovWin, DACIS, Bloomberg Gov’t.
• Familiarity with the Black Hat review process and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration and presenting findings.
• Proven ability to manage a significant workload and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis on critical bids, providing actionable intelligence to inform bid strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Business Development, Capture Managers, and PTW Analysts throughout the business acquisition lifecycle.
• Utilize public domain information and industry market research tools to deliver competitive intelligence.
• Transform data using innovative technology to develop strategies for a competitive advantage.
• Organize and facilitate Competitor Assessment strategy sessions to uncover market, customer, and competitor insights.
• Ensure the integrity and efficiency of CI databases, processes, and tools.
