Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years in child welfare, prevention, or systemic change initiatives.
• Proven experience with community co-design, collective impact, and systems-change efforts.
• Data-driven decision-making experience and skills in creating and managing data dashboards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the design and implementation of prevention frameworks and pathways in child welfare.
• Establish governance structures to enhance collaboration among stakeholders.
• Integrate Racial Equity and Social Justice principles into strategies.
• Amplify voices of lived experts in decision-making processes.
• Coordinate efforts between fiscal and child welfare teams.
