Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business/marketing, or a technical field.
• 7+ years of relevant product management or related experience in creating software products.
• Experience in financial services and Agile or Lean development methodologies.
• Hands-on experience functioning as a 'Product Owner' or 'Scrum Master' in an Agile delivery team.
• Familiarity with technology and business processes for solution delivery.
• Experience defining data integrations, documenting customer-facing products, and taking products from concept to market.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product and platform programs to transform and expand credit-focused features.
• Work comfortably with all management levels and cross-departmental teams.
• Manage multiple complex programs within a regulated environment.
