Lead Salesforce Developer/Admin

Requirements:

• BA/BS in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Certified Salesforce Developer, Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator.
• 4+ years experience developing in Apex, Visualforce/Lightning, and Java.
• Experience in an agile environment, working with large data sets, and integration tools.
• Familiarity with CRM platform implementation and development, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the lead in various project roles including gathering requirements, designing solutions, and assigning tasks.
• Work closely with stakeholders to construct software and custom solutions.
• Develop high-quality code and support Salesforce administration including user setups and custom objects.
• Manage a team of admins/developers, organize and prioritize work, perform code reviews, and support testing and training.
