Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience in event marketing or a related field, preferably within B2B technology or fintech.
• Strong focus on strategic thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Decisive and practical mindset, able to make informed decisions in critical situations.
• Proven ability to align event strategies with business objectives.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of events across business units, including trade shows, internal meetings, and other events.
• Source and manage an external team of event contractors and vendors.
• Develop and manage event budgets, track and reconcile expenses.
• Collaborate with demand gen, brand, marketing operations, and sales teams.
• Research and recommend new event opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
• Understand success metrics for shows and create performance measurement mechanisms.
• Evaluate event performance and implement improvements.
