Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Intermediate SQL skills to analyze data using Epic’s Clarity data model.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Cognos Analytics.
• Knowledge of report development using SQL Server and Databricks.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• Epic’s Revenue Data Model certification required within the first year of employment.

Responsibilities:

• Support HIM leadership by developing business intelligence reporting and dashboard tools.
• Produce regular and ad-hoc reports to drive leadership decisions.
• Work with stakeholders to assess data needs and develop appropriate deliverables.
• Maintain documentation for processes and reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting.
• Manage BI projects, including requirements gathering and execution.
