Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of recent contact center or work from home contact center experience in the last 18 months.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Flexibility to work mid to late shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Investigates potential credit card fraud cases based on information from the fraud detection system.
• Analyzes account history, including payment and transaction details.
• Contacts customers or handles inbound calls to gather additional information on fraudulent charges.
• Maintains accurate and complete documentation necessary for investigations.
