Requirements:

• Master’s degree OR Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Case Management experience OR Associate’s degree and 6 years of Case Management experience OR High school diploma/GED and 8 years of Case Management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• 2+ years prior experience as a Case Manager.
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to customer service.
• Ability to resolve hurdles across multiple cases.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and FDA regulations.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee patient customer service issues related to insurance and support programs.
• Interact with RBMs, PALs, and MSLs to ensure communication on insurance approvals.
• Manage case steps for therapy access with various stakeholders.
• Report adverse events and maintain patient case history.
• Track patient reimbursement and shipping status.
• Resolve reimbursement issues and counsel patients on insurance options.
• Identify adherence trends and summarize findings on patient status.
