Requirements:
  • Native/Near Native or Professional Business level fluency in Portuguese (Brazilian) and Business level fluency in English.
  • Experience in software localization testing with the ability to create and implement test plans and test cases.
  • Proficiency with bug tracking tools and a solid understanding of bug lifecycles.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills related to software quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and client/server architecture.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a multi-language environment and work with various OS platforms, including iOS/Android and Windows/Mac.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional team player with strong leadership capabilities.
  • Self-motivated with good stress management skills and a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough localization QA for Ivanti products to ensure high-quality foreign language releases.
  • Prepare and maintain a comprehensive set of test machines and operating systems for diverse product testing.
  • Collaborate with translation suppliers, enforcing linguistic quality assurance standards and timelines.
  • Perform software localization testing and develop customized test plans and cases for various products.
  • Translate or review software documentation, maintaining mastery in both IT networking and security terminology.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering teams to identify and resolve defects associated with localized products.
  • Demonstrate leadership by managing multi-language testing efforts and mentoring junior QA staff.
  • Foster a proactive team environment that prioritizes quality, customer satisfaction, and timely delivery of localized solutions.
