Requirements:
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably managing complex sales cycles with mid-market or enterprise clients.
- Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding quotas and closing new business.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies like SPICED, MEDDIC, or similar frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Comfortable with tools like Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Resilient and proactive mindset; motivated to drive urgency and outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle: From prospecting and identifying qualified leads to delivering compelling product demonstrations, navigating proof-of-concept processes, and negotiating contracts.
- Engage mid-market prospects: Position and articulate Lokalise’s value proposition to key decision-makers.
- Build a robust pipeline: Work closely with Sales Development Representatives to maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing for a seamless customer journey.
- Exceed sales targets: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue quotas while building long-term relationships.
- Track and report sales activities: Maintain records in Salesforce and provide accurate forecasting.
- Stay informed: Educate yourself on Lokalise’s products and the competitive landscape.
