- Experience in co-selling with technology partners, particularly with Snowflake, Azure, and AWS.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills necessary for effective communication.
- Ability to craft proposals, Scope of Work documents, negotiate contracts, and establish pricing.
- Enthusiastic about working in a high-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Experience working cross-functionally and inclusively within sales processes.
- Possesses curiosity about customers and their businesses.
- Demonstrated ability to source, negotiate, and close significant deals exceeding $250K.
- Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets across various practice areas, including Data Engineering, Managed Services, Machine Learning, and Analytics.
- Co-sell with Snowflake, AWS, and other ecosystem partners to promote data and AI engineering services to enterprise clients.
- Implement lead generation activities to enhance market share and awareness.
- Collaborate with team members to scope and present tailored solutions.
- Take accountability for the phData brand and ensure customer success within your territory.
- Navigate complex organizational structures to identify key decision-makers.
- Accurately forecast and manage the sales pipeline.
