Deliverability Consultant

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a deliverability-related role.
• Familiarity with MTA service providers (Mailgun, Sparkpost, SendGrid, Halon, PMTA, etc.).
• Expertise in sending to top-level MBPs.
• Experience troubleshooting sending to APAC and EMEA regions.
• Good understanding of email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI).
• Experience with onboarding clients including building and executing ramp plans.
• Ability to work autonomously and identify prioritized tasks.
• Skill in interpreting high-level data for non-technical marketers.
• High emotional intelligence and effective communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills.
• Proficient in G Suite tools (Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, and Slides).
• Experience using self-hosted MTA (KUMO, GreenArrow or similar).
• Strong presentational skills, both in building and delivering.
• Commercially minded.

Responsibilities:

• Be an advocate for clients.
• Onboard and implement programs for various clients.
• Collaborate with Client Success Managers, Solutions Experts, and Engineering teams to address client needs.
• Manage expectations of internal stakeholders and external clients regarding projects and timelines.
• Develop and disseminate Best Practices to clients and internal teams.
• Document and record ongoing project work.
• Stay updated on industry trends affecting Cordial clients.
