Requirements:

• 3+ years experience is preferred.
• 1+ years of experience developing scalable applications using Golang.
• Prior experience with GitOps is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• A passion for working on complex technical products, particularly in open-source.
• Deep knowledge of systems design, API design, and infrastructure.
• Experience building Kubernetes controllers or operators in cloud environments.
• A genuine interest in designing a great developer experience.
• A BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, and improve the Kargo open-source project.
• Develop in Go on the server-side.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to deliver features that ease infrastructure operations.
• Focus on rapid growth and scalability while maintaining developer empathy.
