Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in social media for e-commerce and/or retail brands.
• Hands-on experience with data tools including social listening, site analytics, native social analytics, and others.
• Ability to create measurement and testing plans including KPI definition and benchmarking.
• Deep familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and metrics/KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development of social strategies and content optimizations with a strong foundation in social media metrics.
• Leverage social listening and analytics tools to uncover audience behaviors and competitive insights.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations that advance client goals.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to ensure actionable delivery of insights.
