Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or at least 3 years of technical experience.
• At least 4 years of Product Management or an equivalent role.
• Business level of English language (written and verbal).
• Preferred: Master's degree in a technology-related field or at least 3 years of technical experience.
• Ability to decompose technical or business problems into actionable deliverables.
• Track record in a fast-paced environment or startup, particularly with user-facing products.
• Strong action-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Japanese language proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a product management team directly or through other managers.
• Build a 'WoW Experience' for users by delivering and driving critical products that impact key metrics.
• Create and own scalable platform products with a long-term perspective.
• Mentor and educate other product managers in the organization.
• Manage decisions related to technical architecture and UI/UX designs.
• Write technical PRDs, collaborate with engineering and design teams, and execute the product roadmap.
• Define and prioritize product challenges to drive growth.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand user problems and formulate achievable development requirements.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer experience and generate new ideas to improve market share.
