• Hands-on experience in fast-paced scaling environments.
• Strong process orientation and implementation of scalable HR solutions.
• Analytical mindset with experience in creating and interpreting KPIs.
• Experience working with international teams.
• Expertise in HR systems and compliance across global jurisdictions.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence leadership.
• Experience in SaaS or tech startups.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize and scale People processes, ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
• Oversee compensation and benefits, including planning and vendor management.
• Manage the performance cycle and promote a culture of learning.
• Develop onboarding and learning programs.
• Ensure compliance with global employment laws.
• Leverage people analytics for informed decision-making.
• Champion DEIB initiatives.
• Plan cultural events and support recruitment.
