• 8+ years of Product Management experience and experience leading 0-1 products.
• Proven experience building product vision, goal setting, strategy, and execution.
• Experience shipping B2C/Consumer products that have had meaningful impact.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams, defining team goals, and success metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Adept in writing detailed product execution and strategy documents.
• Compelling influencer with great communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Define a vision for Reddit Profiles as a centerpiece for self-expression, community interaction, and reputation-building.
• Develop tools and features that allow users to customize their profiles with visual flair while aligning with Reddit’s brand ethos.
• Collaborate with the Reddit Pro team to design and implement tools for businesses to showcase product discussions authentically.
• Leverage insights from data science and user research to craft features that resonate with Reddit’s diverse audience.
• Prioritize features that enhance user safety, privacy, and control over their online presence.
