Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted medical license (MD, DO, NP) in applicable states.
• Board certification in relevant specialty required (family medicine, med-peds, emergency medicine).
• 2 years of independent practice experience as an NP preferred.
• Comfortable prescribing compound medication.
• Experience in complex chronic condition management preferred.
• Proficiency with technology platforms for telemedicine delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong professionalism and ability to work autonomously.
• Leadership qualities and commitment to collaborative care.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care across SteadyMD's programs, including urgent care and primary care.
• Conduct evaluations via video, phone, and asynchronous communication.
• Serve a diverse patient population with inclusivity and evidence-based practices.
• Maintain a patient-centered approach to care delivery.
• Act as a clinical leader and set standards for care delivery.
• Collaborate with peers and multidisciplinary teams to enhance performance.
