Requirements:

• 3 years of people management experience required.
• 5+ years of manager experience preferred.
• Coaching Certification preferred, especially National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching.
• Previous coaching experience or willingness to learn Calibrate coaching methods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of coaches while also coaching a small panel of your own.
• Lead, develop, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional member experiences.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to ensure coaches are successful.
• Manage team scheduling, handle risk, change, and uncertainty.
• Foster a collaborative culture, assist in hiring and onboarding
• Deliver feedback and monitor coaches’ performance on key metrics.
• Ensure quality member experiences while adhering to guidelines.
