• Direct experience advising and managing the full lifecycle of sweepstakes and contests.
• Experience supporting global marketing teams by reviewing advertising and promotional materials.
• Ability to manage complex projects across multiple time zones under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work closely with Marketing to build trusted relationships.
• Comfortable working flexibly and independently in a growth-stage environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the process and review all materials for sweepstakes, contests, and promotions in the U.S. and internationally.
• Review creative materials and provide direct guidance to the Marketing team.
• Assist in the development of policies, templates, guidelines, and training materials.
• Scale the advice provided to grow efficiently with the business.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment and pivot quickly to meet leadership needs.
