Requirements:
- 2+ years of inside sales experience, or customer service/administrative support within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams), and CRM systems.
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities with a focus on attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Prior military, law enforcement, or tactical equipment experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales representatives to process quotes, sales orders, and other administrative tasks.
- Answer incoming calls, resolve customer inquiries, and provide exceptional service.
- Follow up with customers on quotes, orders, and shipment status to ensure satisfaction.
- Develop deep product knowledge and liaise with vendors for product research.
- Build and maintain relationships with current customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Utilize SAP for order processing, pricing, and customer management.
- Be a key point of contact for managing customer expectations and improving the customer experience.
